1. Ontario Written Estimates Policy

In strict compliance with Ontario consumer protection regulations and motor vehicle repair standards:

• Written Estimate Guarantee: Before commencing any diagnostic teardown or mechanical work, we provide a written estimate itemizing labor costs, parts required, and applicable taxes.
• No Work Without Approval: We will never perform additional repairs or exceed the authorized estimate without your prior explicit verbal or written authorization.
• Replaced Parts Return: Customers have the statutory right to request and inspect their replaced worn parts upon picking up their vehicle.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Bay Capacity

Online slot reservations secure a dedicated 60-minute intake window in our Mississauga service bay.

• Please arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled slot start time.
• If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact Mirshad at 365-524-2003 as early as possible so we can release the bay slot to another motorist.
• In the rare event that inclement weather or technical circumstances require rescheduling, we will notify you immediately by phone or email.

3. Collision & Insurance Work

Under Ontario automotive insurance regulations, the policyholder has the absolute right to select their certified repair facility of choice. Royal Drive Mechanics works in good faith with all major Canadian insurance companies to prepare accurate photographic estimates, supplement claims, and restore vehicles to manufacturer safety tolerances.
